I know a family member of mine who is a very has a very big position in a very big large nursing home organization and I said to him my I really believe if she wasn't a woman she'd own this company because she does everything anyway and she's amazing and she knows more than I don't know most of Lakewood knows she hasn't been given the chance right she hasn't been given the chance it's that simple but you you went out there and you did it and you did it which is I think that's fascinating tell us it's a very male dominated World obviously there are many women working in it but like you said on an executive level there is a bit of a der of you know females um and I think it's just you know honestly I didn't look at it as male or female I was very passionate about what I was doing you know the biggest Advantage men have over women is that they have a wife whoit of everything yeah
