Say "Yes" to Shabbat

today I'd like to speak about Shabbos one of the most special gifts that I Shem gives us the most wonderful of days that we get to partake and relax before I start to I would like to just point out something interesting you know I speak it's University students and a lot of times they look at me expecting me to be close-minded you know rabbi you got to be open-minded here you hear me out what I want to say is actually to you guys out there don't be closed-minded have an open mind and realize that there's a lot that we can learn if we're open and there's a lot of good we can we can see in this world if we just open our eyes and take the judgments aside first what I'd like to say about Shabbos is it's funny there's almost like two different chávez's that a person has an opportunity to look at there's Shabbos when you're looking for the outside in and then there's a Shabbos when you're looking from the inside out and you know I can relate to post because once upon a time I looked from the outside in and I can understand why people a lot of people talk about you know what's with this all this you can't do this you can't do that you can't do this you know Shabbos seems you know from the outside in so restricting and almost you know the last thing that a person would think would be fun and would be an experience that would change their life but the truth is once you go inside the Shabbos and you realize how much there is to gain from it and how much there is to enjoy so all of the knows really disappear the nose are really in order so you can find the ultimate yes you
