New York City is way too expensive. Taxes are too high, regulations are too high, everything is too expensive. And then everybody complains about why it's [music] so much. And they always keep on blaming like Bill Ackman and hedge fund guys. They're to blame for stuff, but they're not to blame for everything. And they're not to blame for this. Problem with socialists is they don't know what to do when they run out of other people's money. The whole socialist agenda is premised on taking other people's money to do things for other people. I'm not saying you shouldn't have cheaper buses for people who can't afford it. And food should be discounted for the poor and the people who really need help. But I mean, at some point it's not sustainable.
