hello my name is ron yitzhak eiserman i'm the rob of congregation harvest israel passaic new jersey because all our sages tell us hashem always looks out he always asks for he always inquires about he always demands justice for the victim the one who's being pursued the one who's being pursued by someone stronger than them by someone manipulative that's the one who hashem inquires about who hashem stands up for so too it's incumbent upon us to stand up for the victims those individuals who have been terrorized traumatized by predators by those who have assaulted them of no fault of their own that's who hashem stands with that's who hashem cares about that's who hashem seeks justice for and so too it's on us it's incumbent upon us to act like hashem attacked godly and stand with the victims those who have been traumatized attacked and assaulted sometimes people want to quote the holy chrism by not speaking rashin hara raheela's gossip however that same confederate teaches us that if there's a danger to the other person or there's a danger to another jew one is required one is obligated to warn the other person of the danger the danger with lurks behind that door it's not lush and horror it's not gossip to tell someone that there's a person that even if you suspect very strongly and certainly if a person you know personally has attacked another person has terrorized another person has traumatized another person you're under the obligation to tell others the authorities people who could stop it certainly certainly potential future victims it's not loshithara it's a mitzvah it's a mitzvah to protect others from unfortunately the predators who lurk among us we love you we stand with you you victims of no fault of your own we seek your justice and we encourage everybody to stand with the victims by standing up and proudly when needed and when necessary informing others whoever they may be the authorities or others of predators who are among us that we have to somehow stamp out and purge the jewish people from this terrible plague of predatory behavior within our people we stand with you and my hashem caused there only to be shalom peace among his people
