guys I got to show you an update on this new beautiful office building right over here at 1600 Executive Center it's off Route 70 1600 Roe 70 hence the name oh, 1600 that's the address that's that's why it's that's where the famous loft is coming The Loft restaurant coming yes Lo and milk rate by the way oh that's a new thing skip yeah we have milk as well beautiful beautiful places created the reason why I came back is because yi yi GRE showed me so many unique things that this off building has which I think is very beneficial to show it people office sure so we just walked into the lobby here you see a mail and parcel room right over here which you can set outgoing USPS and UPS you have a beautiful beautiful um area it's designed with privacy so you can have your own little meeting you have a bunch of little pods wow how one second how does this work you rent this place or this is part from the deal that people this is you just get you can come here and enjoy it wow I guess it's it's winter right now people are using it but I still see people here and there and yeah or just just to walk here to to to think and to take a phone call you know it's just nice very nice going to show you real quick over here y first of all before we go ahead um how many rooms how many offices do you have over here in this building there's about 100 uh rooms over here which is you know a lot of businesses here so another feature I think people don't realize a lot of network opportunity here this is what the one looks like this like a one room you have a double room as well yes I'm going to show you that in a minute um you have here a nice executive desk you have your own bathroom oh wow this I don't see in other other building my own bathroom hey one second where the shower we the shower the you have the own air condition also everyone has your own agac you have big window every single room um okay let me just show you a double you have here this called a double room there a car rental there's many many different for a car rental that's true I didn't think of that so you need something like a small like small office space small be space or somebody wants to do a pop-up shop he doesn't want to invest so much money once to first see how it goes exactly it's a very smart idea wow and just oh by the way right over here this and I think we mentioned the Loft earlier but we're also having milk crate coming here a really really excellent milk Cafe interview as you see over here we have the coffee kitchens over here we have three of them so you're never too far from a from a hot coffee this is included in the price unlimited coffee yes yes very nice we like when the Chun all right wow so here you see this is one of our conference rooms that we of course it's included you can book it we have a special site that you can do it it's also available by the way this and the other one the next one I'm going to show you the lecture room um for even if you're not part of the building you can rent it just reach out to you to me and you know you can book it okay so as I said there three kitchens here's another one right over here and let's just keep walking for a second okay so let me show you now uh our our sh they have here daily um as you see over here we have you know as needs it and this room is also a bookable room don't have yet um and this as you see this is this could be used as a lecture room a conference room you can give courses classes things like that you have a big screen you have the Whiteboard let me ask you Yi about the location what do you see what's the benefit of being like I know it's right next to the Garden it's right next to Gate Park which is a really great place if you want to meet people that are coming to meet you they don't have to go all the way into Lakewood and go back out it's a very good location we're going to have a lot of great food on site so this is going to become the location on its own and mil crate and there's other business is coming here and you know what maybe it's a little bit quieter and that's not always a bad thing yeah absolutely y see so how many offices are left we still have a few
