on behalf of a good se style of America it is our pleasure to welcome everyone to the 13th global cm high shops [Music] laura has been a huge building block in my life and I really think now that we're at the ceiling shots it's most believers aura has played such a huge role in putting all these UNM together and it really sparked my life I had no idea when I first came to yeshiva what it would be like to learn tomorrow now I'm able to learn the daf on my own and to be here while we're celebrating the sium you know globally around the world I retrieved think in lieu of the recent events over Hanukkah with all the attacks that this is a modern day Maccabees story they tried to stop us they tried to snuff us out we're here we are learning Torah in fact renting out MetLife Stadium to show the world globally that we're here to learn Torah and to bring light into the world I just been learning Gemara all the time and I've been enjoying it so much and I've been just connecting back to my roots as a Jewish person and I just have to thank everyone in the Ruhr program who has helped me through it I'm so glad I can come here and experience the biggest Jewish event in the history of the world that only happens once every seven and a half years I have tour mates who add to my own dimensions of learning Torah up to upgrade you know physical talks about upgrading your learning when you go to work a little an event they upgrade you it was automatically you learn becomes better you can study what interests you and what's important to you and then they match you up with somebody who can really instruct you and guide you and lead you is always there for us they have a someone who supports us they help us select the topic that students look for our students I go through it there's my first time meeting might our mates and she's such a good role model and I'm really inspired by her I'm walking up the steps wondering what it's all look like then I take Sara yes grace and so excited to now spend four hours together in this momentous occasion and she are this experience together we love studying Mike Aversa and I have become friends it's as much as we are on the giving side I think that we get more than we give I gained the friendship I gained the family he comes to us we do so much together we've gone to Circus at the zone at least four times we've got to Chava tones at the zone I can't talk enough about Rua and our mates and I'm extremely grateful that they're here for us and for everyone else and everyone should join it's an amazing organization it would have been really difficult to find us don't learn with regularly you know with such ease had it not been for the tour mates program so I really have a lot of gratitude that were really initiates and keep this program going I feel like I really benefited tremendously from it so far and I hope to continue to do so whereas with you your whole entire life but when you're a little kid in high school too when you're older about to get married when you have your own kids your own grandkids who's with you no matter what all right through and through it's not just a summer camp it's not just a learning program it's your whole life it's a family I've been touring partner for since I was 13 years old for 12 years now and it really has been changed my life cherish the opportunity to be able to learn with you ball and every moment is unreal it's a connection which is the connection of the tire and a connection tackle is Burkle which we have together the fire question I could just call him up anytime of the day he really but really it's this big great and more than just a tour partners really being another friend admission well it's like my family grew to his family and it's really something that I want to carry for even just more than 12 years so the character illy a lifetime [Music]
