It says in Lake George area but this is the Hudson River. You have two huge beautiful mountains in between. This place is thousand acres as the name is in. We're going to stay here for we're going to see the place. This is I think the first officially it's a beautiful the style is very unique. says the western style, Americana style says a beautiful plot in mention Canada in New York. There's a lot of activities here. A full day. People come here for the week and they travel in the area like George. So, let's have a look. Beautiful, beautiful plats by the Hudson River. Yseph, where are we? So, we are on the Hudson River. If you keep going for a few hundred miles, you'll be at the George Washington Bridge from here. But here, it's much nicer, much more beautiful, much more manageable where you can go in. You see Kinder over here with their parents on kayaks. Very calm, very enjoyable. Even though the water is, look at this leaf over here. You see the water is moving but very calm, very still, very nice. And this is the whole property. You have the whole Hudson River on your property here for relaxing times. Just to sit here with a laim, with a gamora, with a safer, enjoy yourself. It's just look at these pictures. You're just surrounded everywhere with just beautiful, beautiful views, view, beautiful scenery and just a relaxing experience. There's no shleing of linen and beds and blankets and anything. Everything is here for you with housekeeping in beautiful rooms which will show you what the rooms look like soon. You come here for breakfast, for lunch, we have a whole buffet as well. Whether it's pizza or lasagna or fish or blindes, what pizza, French fries, whatever that may be. Dinner, we're going to have chicken. We're going to have flash. We're going to have side dishes. Everything you want there for lunch. And we have a place for you can get drinks. You can sit. The way I look at it, you come, you close your car, and you're done. There's everything here. There's horseback riding. And we have 30 horses. >> No, no, no. And then, as you can see, we have over here a little beach with a dock. We have over there a fireplace at night. The adults and the kids enjoyed it. >> Over here, the kayaks for the kids to go out. We have a little swimming area inside and the dock to come on over. And then you have all the housings. No matter which room you take, you're always on the water. All the way down there, all the way over here. Almost everything is on the water. Just beautiful views. Here we have tubes. You can take the tubes to that dock that we were just at before, right? >> And you come off and then the water just takes you down in about 5 10 minutes and you come right over here. So here we have a beautiful adventure course. In the adventure course, you have two levels of ropes courses. Each one has about nine or 10 different elements on each level and you have two levels. That bungee jump where you just walk off and then just past that is a racing zipline. Two of them go down to that platform over there. >> Wow. >> You can have 80 people here at one time doing everything. >> Really? 80 people between the top and the bottom and the zipline and everything here. So you can have wonderful family reunions and shabatones. You can have schools and camps all come. Everyone has a great time just here alone. You have 80 people. Then we have different ladders and steps and logs and all different types of things. Wow. >> See it? You have to walk. You have to step on that. It says >> How long does it take to to go through the >> You can be here for 45 minutes. You could be here for 2 hours. Just depends on how it depends on how um risky and how adventurous you want to be, how much you want to take it all in and enjoy. If you're here with your family, you want to go slower and you're with your friends. It all depends. But it's something for everybody to enjoy. >> Wow. You have a lot of sports here. >> We have bikes, we have scooters, we have over there, we have pickle ball courts, tennis courts, basketball courts. On this side over here we have volleyball courts and soccer fields and axe throwing. And then of course we have that beautiful um adventure course that you've seen earlier. Beautiful. The ranch to do a lot of lot of activities. Are we allowed to say that you have a shooting range? >> Yeah, we can say we have a shooting range here. Sure. >> Okay. Great experience, great training, great uh target practice. Wow. Wow. Kick off the view is the thousand acre is the horses. You have here living quarters here. >> Yeah, we have 11 more cabins here overlooking the Hudson this way. >> And your back view is of all the horses. >> Wow. >> How many horses do you have here? We have 30 horses, goats, we have chickens, we have ponies, we have horses, we have cows, we have everything here to enjoy the whole ranch experience, to really feel like you're in nature, to enjoy the family together, to feed the animals, to ride the animals, to go into the mountains, whether with the animals on the horses or whether you're just walking and hiking. You have everything here that a family can enjoy. We have the goats. >> Goats. Okay. And down there we have the cows. >> Oh wow. >> It's like >> some of them is just based on if they have any special diets or if we have to rotate them based on who just went on the hike, who needs a break. Sometimes they we just bought a new one. We have to quarantine them for two weeks, make sure they don't have any diseases. >> Really, that's how it works. >> So we have to keep them separate for two weeks and then we can move them around. Sometimes there's a mother and a daughter that they want to be together and they don't always, you know, get along with other horses. So we keep them separate. And this is not a car. You have to really understand their emotions and their needs. So, you have to feel out what's happening and make adjustments accordingly. >> Wow. So, you have all of these wonderful. Now, this is an electric fence, so don't touch it >> really. >> But very often they'll they know not to come too close. There you Okay, you ready? >> Mhm. >> If you want to know what therapy is, natural therapy, this is natural therapy right here. just feeding them, being able to touch them, see everything, something is relaxing. >> So, do you rent out this place just for if someone the family wants to come? Uh, some Yeah, we've had a large family of like 12 siblings that came. We had uh a grandfather's 70th birthday for Montreal and that was very interesting. So, New York and Montreal came and met here and this way they were able to go home that same day. So, it was like they got day passes to enjoy all the facilities. They went on the river. They went on the c on the on the ropes course. They did everything here. Then they stayed for dinner. Then they went back home. >> Beautiful. >> So that was a real real beautiful Milo here. >> Beautiful. >> So whether you're you're staying in Lake George, you want to just come for the day or you want to come for dinner, whether you want to sleep over here with your family, with some friends, you want to come with your business group and have a team team building workshops, whatever you want, it's all here for you to do. This is the wowsephy. But how old is are usually these horses? These horses can be anywhere from five to like 15 years old. >> 15 years old. >> So here I see one is maybe going to come. 50 means an old horse. >> Yeah, 15 is getting old, but you know, they're still strong and big. >> Wow. >> Okay, this one's thinking about it. Uh, I saw some of these horses have like a net on their eyes. What are these nets? >> So, sometimes these horses are getting older and we're not going to just, you know, let them go or, you know, sometimes people just shoot them and kill them. So, >> Oh, wow. >> We're going to keep them, but if they're a little bit too old, sometimes they have a hard time blinking their eyes >> and then we put something over their eyes so they won't get the bees or the bugs and we help them so they don't have to worry about blinking. >> Hey, here we go. Grass is like cotton candy for these for these horses. That's what that they love. So, what are they doing the whole day? Just eating, sleeping. They're eating and then they and then we we rotate them in the in the saddle. >> Hey, good boy. Wow. >> Good boy. >> Do they recognize you? They know you. >> Some of them do because I've ridden a lot. I like riding and relaxing. My wife and I will go together sometimes. My son, my boys will come. But then when you come here, no matter what's going on in your life, no matter what's going on with your business, with anything, you just come here and it all goes away somehow for at least a little while.
