a cafe where you sit down in the morning
with a bagel and a coffee and and a
toast or something like that. My wife
always says she wishes there's something
she could walk to and just sit down and
get breakfast in the morning. And I
think it would be popular. There's a lot
of women that walk around all day. I
think that that
