Let's make traditional sweet carrots for
it's very simple and very easy to make.
Let's start by making the sauce. Let's
put into a saucepan 3/4 of a cup of
sugar and 3/4 of a cup of oil and then
a/4 of a cup of water. Let's start
cooking it on a low flame and keep on
mixing every now and again. Let's peel
seven, eight carrots, slice it up. We're
trying to get a nice consistent texture,
not too chewy, and not too mushy,
soft. After a few minutes, after the
sauce comes to a boil, let's add the
carrots in there. Mix it up very well
and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
After that, shut off the flame and let
it sit. A lot of people also add
cinnamon.
What? Probably about an eigh of a
teaspoon cinnamon. This really enhances
the flavor. Thank you very much for
watching. I hope you enjoy it and I hope
you have a sweet new year and we all
have a sweet new year. A year where our
people will be redeemed and elevated and
Hashem will be the king of the world.
May this be a year of sweetness and
goodness and abundance and all the good
things should come our way.
