Homemade mayonnaise hack

Ever since I drilled a hole in our food processor, we stopped buying maze. I start by putting two eggs into the food processor. In our household, this is my job. The oil has to go in slowly while it's turning. The more oil, the denser the mayonnaise is. If you put enough oil, slow enough, you'll see it thickens up. Then I'm going to add vinegar and salt. And if you like sugar, you can put sugar. I put about this much vinegar. There you have it. Regular mayonnaise just like in the store.
