*I don't usually make such long videos, but this moment touched me deeply.*
It's not often that you get to go somewhere with *Nisanel Eisenman* that he's never been to before. But as we drove through the Judean Hills, we came across a new _chava_ (ranch), known as *Kerem Chamami,* and we just had to go in and visit.
First, we encountered the beautiful vineyards left behind by "earlier inhabitants," who have since moved on.
Then we met the _baal ha-chava,_ Aryeh Davis, who shared the deeply personal story behind the name Kerem Chamami and his former commander, whose memory lives on here.
It's a story of October 7, of a hero calmly guiding his men as the unimaginable unfolded, and being among the first to jump into battle, ultimately losing his life al kiddush Hashem.
Today, this ranch helps protect the roads to Chevron while carrying on his legacy.

*ONLY IN ERETZ YISRAEL:* As I traveled through the hills of Yehuda with Nesanel Eisenman, we stopped at the side of the road and found fresh grapes and plums growing right there to eat.
And only in Eretz Yisrael does the thought naturally cross your mind: Do I need to take maaser? In this case, eating casually straight from the tree, there was no need to separate maaser.
