Anyone has Chase or united points to sell?
I visited a high end community in the center of West Palm Beach, there’s 24/7 security at the entrance.
The price for a 3,500 Sqft house with a pool is around 650K-700K….
Lastly, I do have lots of respect to the ppl moving down there, as well as the people behind the project!

Depends what “working out means for you.
It’s it’s 150-250 families, than yes!
If it means being the next monsey with 10K-20K families… I wish, but they have a long way to go (if ever).
Now I don’t think there’s anything wrong with a nice out of town community with a few hundred families.

*The cons.*
1) The houses are not cheap (cheaper then monsey, but West Palm prices or more).
2) Potentially very difficult to sell or rent
should you have to move away.
3) Limited mobility for women without cars (many streets don’t even have sidewalks on both sides).
4) It’s pretty far from most things (Airport, outlets, hospitals), and it’s a rural area.
5) Limited local economic potential.

Yes and no.
Yes, I saw beautiful houses, upcoming commercial space, and a highly professional team working around the clock to make the place happen.
And No… some concerns I had, I still have after the visit.
Did the concerns become smaller after the visit? Absolutely!

So let’s talk about my personal opinion about Lakefront.
First of all, I will admit that the place and the houses are nicer than they are on video.
Although it’s by no means the quality of an average NY house, but for mass production houses they’re pretty nice.
