Rabbi Chaskel Besser: The Brother in New York

From Living Torah Volume 35 Program 139 http://www.LivingTorah.org Rabbi Chazkel Besser of Agudas Yisrael of America knew the Rebbes brother, Leibel, in Tel Aviv. In 1948, Rabbi Besser moved to New York, and Leibel sent family pictures with him to give to his mother, Rebbetzin Chana.
