Rabbi Dovid Trenk - Krias Shem - Zev Volf Brown - son of R"Y, Yeshiva Gedola and Mesivta of Carteret

Rabbi Dovid Trenk being honored with Krias Shem at the Bris (circumcision) of his grandson Zev Volf Brown, son of his daughter and son-in-law Rabbi & Rebbitzen Azriel & Donya Brown. The event took place on June 5th, 2019, at the Yeshiva Gedola & Mesivta of Carteret, where the Browns serve as Rosh Yeshiva & Rebbetzin. https://ygoc.org/ This was his final visit to the Yeshiva before his passing on June 30th. When he arrived at approx. 7am, although week and frail, he stood up dancing and singing with joy. He viewed the Talmidim of the Yeshiva as his own, and loved visiting. Whenever the name "Carteret" would come up, he would repeat joyfully how happy he was that the Torah was revived in a place where it was once lost. Then he would boom "AND RAV MATTISYAHU SOLOMON DANCED IN THE STREETS OF CARTERET WITH A SEFER TORAH, WITH SNOW COVERING THE GROUND". His love for the Torah, and joy of spreading it, made him so happy.
