Chaverim of Rockland’s Nightwatch team spotted a vehicle stopped in the middle of Valley View Terrace early this morning, with the driver appearing to be asleep at the wheel. They quickly alerted Spring Valley Police, who arrived and arrested the driver on suspicion of DUI
