Heroes of October 7th: Yosef Gabbai – The Calm Voice Amid the Chaos

As we continue sharing stories from October 7th, we highlight the crucial role of dispatcher Yosef Gabbai. That morning, with 40-50 emergency calls flooding in at once, Yosef stayed calm under immense pressure. While assisting a father whose son was choking amidst the chaos of sirens outside, other dispatchers were victims who were shot.
