Chabad & Friends #5 - Litvish Rosh Yeshiva learned Rebbe's first Maama - Basi L'Gani 1951

After terrible persecution and torture from the Russian KGB in 1927, the Previous Lubavitcher Rebbe outdid them. His network of Yeshivos, Cheders and Mikvoas continued even after he left to Riga in 1928. In 1929 he visited Eretz Yisrael followed by the USA. This week on 12 Elul, 1929 marks the 90th year when he stepped on American soil laying the groundwork for Torah Yiddishkeit in America - Reb Rueven Grozovsky learned and wrote comments on the Rebbe's first Maamar Basi Legani 1951.
