UH volunteers treat Blind Arab Girl on Yom Hazikaron

Two United Hatzalah EMTs describe their motivation in treating a 6-year-old blind Arab girl on Yom Hazikaron following a car accident in Jerusalem. Their response time from call-to-scene was 42 seconds.
