New Ambulance Addition to Monroe EMS

Monroe Volunteer Ambulance is marking 75 years of service to the Town and Village of Monroe and the Village of Harriman. Since 1947, the group has been answering calls and helping people in times of need. This year, the corps added a new ambulance, 413, along with a first response vehicle, two UTVs, and a Special Operations Trailer. Volunteers respond to about 2,000 emergencies each year, sometimes lending a hand in nearby areas as well.
