United Hatzalah Volunteer Kobi Abstudi Describes Tel Aviv Terror Attack

Kobi Abstudi is a father of three who lives and works in Tel Aviv. He is also a United Hatzalah volunteer first responder and on Nov. 19 was one of the first on scene at the Panorama office building where two people were tragically killed in a terror stabbing.
