It's all about One on different levels. In the Pasuk it says: וידעת היום והשבות אל לבבך כי ה׳ הוא האלקים בשמים ממעל ועל הארץ מתחת אין עוד. Question. Why והשבות אל לבבך re the thought that there is a G-D under the earth. The verse states. לעולם ה׳ דברך נצב בשמים the Bal Shem tov explains that these words are eternally actively creating all existence, other wise it would all be אין, אפס & כלא היו even in the world of דומם as the Arizal that in דומם there is נפש & חיות רוחני.
