📸 Just scrolling through our camera roll and came across one of our last moments with our 2025 Executive Fellows cohort when they spent an inspiring day at the home of our EVP & COO, Rabbi Dr. Josh Joseph. They connected with each other and learned from Josh and his amazing wife, Julie, who shared powerful insights about resilience in Judaism — and reminded us that failure isn’t the opposite of success, but a potential springboard to it. The OU Executive Fellowship is a full-time, immersive experience for recent college graduates, designed to build leadership skills, professional growth, and real-world learning. We are excited to see what they do next in their careers!
