Kosher Wig Scam (19 minutes)

Rabbi Yaron Reuven explains that real hair wigs are not kosher because they are almost always sourced from temples in India, where hair is given as an offering to idols. This is considered avodah zara, idol worship, and is forbidden. He refutes the argument that kosher certifications make these wigs acceptable. He argues that the processing of hair makes it impossible to guarantee that no hair from avodah zara was mixed with the rest. Rabbi Reuven emphasizes that these "kosher" certifications are a scam, designed to profit from the community.
