Person’s foot was trapped between metal plates at 11th Ave and 60th St

A person’s foot became lodged between two construction metal plates near a city bus stop at 11th Avenue and 60th Street. Hatzolah, Shomrim, Chaveirim, and the FDNY assisted in safely freeing the individual.
