A Silver Mezuzah Case from the Beis Ha’Malchus of the Saba Kadisha of Ruzhin!
Kodesh HaKedashim MeGunzei Ha’Melucha! A Silver Mezuzah Case from the Beis Ha’Malchus of the Saba Kadisha of Ruzhin – A Mezuzah Case Touched by the Holy Hand of the Saba Kadisha zy"a – A Mezuzah Case Passed Down Through His Holy Descendants, Generation After Generation! Presented here is a silver Mezuzah case, adorned with a crown engraved upon it, measuring 24 cm in length. The upper third features an open hole aligned with the word "שדי" in the Mezuzah. The case includes an antique Mezuzah scroll written in Arizal script (though there is no testimony or clear tradition that this scroll itself is from the house of the Holy Tzaddik of Ruzhin. However, it is clear that it is from the treasury of his holy descendants). Attached to the Mezuzah Case before us is a handwritten certification by the Admor of Pashkan, Rabbi Dr. Yisrael Shalom Yosef Friedman, in which he testifies regarding the Mezuzah Case: “Accepted in our family tradition that it is an inheritance from the holy Saba Kadisha Rabbi Yisrael of Ruzhin zy”a, .” (In the continuation of the certification, he writes that he does not know whether it came to his father as an inheritance from his paternal lineage, from the Admors of Pashkan, or from his maternal lineage, from the Admors of Bohush.)
