The Gemara says: בניסן נגאלו ובניסן” עתידים להיגאל” which is why especially now on Erev Pesach we must grow stronger in our *emuna*, the belief in the almighty that all there is, was, and will be came into being by his will. The following song was composed by cantor Yehuda Leib (Leibish) Miller who was a famous and learned cantor in the early 19th century. Combined with the well known composition of R’ Ya’akov Talmud for Ani Ma’amin (Cantor Dovid Werdyger later introduced the tune to the words). Together the two compositions make a special connection between classical cantorial style and a uplifting Nigun which touches your soul. Sung by Cantor Chaim Ganz. Cantor Ganz is known for his meaningful tefilos and his sweet and warm voice combined with excellent and moving nusach. He has led the tefilos at the great synagogues in Jerusalem, Petach Tikva and Ramat Gan and performs in concerts and special events. He studied nusach, chazzanut and music with the famous Cantor C.E Herstik and subsequently at the Petach Tikva school for Chazznut; taught there by Maestro Elli Jaffe, Cantor Yechezkel Klang, Cantor Israel Rand and musician Menachem Bristowski.
