Meet Yehoshua, one of United Hatzalah’s volunteers who learned firsthand how Mass Casualty training saves lives. During his first drill, everything felt real: the screams, the chaos, the “victims” who knew exactly how to act. Just weeks later, a terror attack erupted in Mahane Yehuda. Yehoshua grabbed his medical kit and raced in. He found multiple victims, including an unconscious 80-year-old man. Thanks to the training, he stayed calm, took charge, and helped save lives.
