United Hatzalah volunteer, Dr. Shlomo Gensler speaks with News Nation Now about his October 7th experiences as a first responder. After initially giving advice to a family trapped in their bomb shelter, he was asked to go down south and assist in caring for the wounded. He describes the "utter carnage" and piles of bodies everywhere, including those of children. He witnessed the aftermath of children who witnessed their parents being murdered.
