He emphasizes the importance of following the laws of HaShem as written in the Torah and stresses the importance of learning from the sages' interpretations. Rabbi Reuven concludes by stating that while Noahide's are not allowed to observe Shabbat, they are welcome and obligated to follow the seven Noahide laws.
