NYPD Highway and Investigations Units Tour Boro Park’s Vital Volunteer Organizations

NYPD Highway and Investigations Units paid a special visit to Boro Park on Wednesday to gain a deeper understanding of the neighborhood’s renowned volunteer-based community organizations. During their visit, the officers toured the headquarters of Hatzolah, Chaveirim, Shomrim, and Misaskim, three organizations that play an essential role in supporting the community during emergencies and daily challenges. They were given a firsthand look at the scale and structure of the operations, all of which are run by dedicated volunteers who are on call around the clock.
