Ingredients: • 1 roll frozen flaky dough (set aside 1 strip for backup 😉) • 3 medium onions • ¼ cup oil • ½ cup sugar 2 tsp salt • 2 tsp garlic powder • ⅛–¼ tsp white pepper • 2 eggs (1 for filling, 1 for egg wash) • Sesame seeds Directions: 1️⃣ Slice and sauté the onions in ¼ cup oil with ½ cup sugar until deeply golden and soft. 2️⃣ Let the onions cool completely. 3️⃣ Meanwhile, prepare your dough and beat the eggs. 4️⃣ Once cooled, mix into the onions: • 1 egg • 2 tsp garlic powder • ⅛–¼ tsp white pepper 5️⃣ Spread the mixture evenly over the dough. 6️⃣ Roll it up like a kokosh cake. 7️⃣ If it flops or tears — no stress.
