It all started on a regular night last week at about 5am, while most were sound asleep, a perpetrator was walking up 58th Street pulling car handles looking for an open car. After not long, he struck gold when he found an open car that even had the keys inside and he took off with the car. On Monday, an alert resident noticed the car driving on 9th Avenue. He immediately called the Shomrim hotline which resulted in the recovery of the car and all 4 occupants arrested. Remember to always lock your car and never leave the keys behind.
