This is a classic chassidic mystical song, "Bnei Heichala." The words for this song were written in the Aramaic language by the great master of Kaballa, the AriZal. It is traditionally sung at the third Sabbath meal, just before the end of Sabbath, which is considered a favorable time when severe judgments are suspended.
