Kosher slaughtering from the Torah proves divine knowledge and mercy. He explains that while we can identify kosher animals from the outside, there are also internal signs. For an animal to be kosher, it must be slaughtered in a way that causes no suffering. This means that the animal must die quickly. Rabbi Reuven explains that non-kosher animals have two veins that connect to the brain, making it impossible to cut both veins without the animal suffering. However, kosher animals have a unique anatomical structure where the two veins connecting to the brain merge into one before reaching the brain. This means that when a rabbi slaughters a kosher animal, only one vein is cut, and the animal dies quickly without suffering. This unique anatomical feature is evidence of divine design and shows how HaShem provides us with kosher food.
