NYPD Seeks Public’s Help Identifying Six Suspects in July 4 Robbery

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying six individuals wanted in connection with a robbery that occurred on Friday, July 4, 2025, in the 66th Precinct. Around 4:30 a.m., a 50-year-old man was approached in front of 827 59th Street and struck multiple times with an iron stick, resulting in pain and swelling. The suspects stole his wallet and approximately $800 before fleeing in a dark-colored Mercedes-Benz SUV westbound on 59th Street toward Eighth Avenue. The victim was transported to Maimonides Medical Center in stable condition. The suspects include: Male, light complexion, last seen in a white hooded sweatshirt, black pants, black slippers, white socks, carrying a black backpack.
