How to come up with new products and services.

The most successful companies come out with new products many times a year. Think Apple, Mercedes, Samsung. Our business is constantly evolving and that's a good thing. My father used to have a saying "innovate or die". Half my ideas never get to market. And half of the ideas that do get tested fail. The ones that work, we build businesses on. I am tossing and turning at night about a game changing video product. Don't be afraid to dream.
