Rosh Chodesh Elul 5770 in Eretz Yisroel

As rosh chodesh ushers in the beginning of the new zman, bachurim, children, and avreichim flock to their yeshivos, chedarim, and kollelim as they start their last month of the year with ameilus b'Torah.
