Olami Professional Circles hosts David L Moore-Chairman & CEO, Moore Holdings

David has held a wide range of leadership and board positions in public, private, and not-for-profit organizations. The operating businesses include majority and controlling interests in six businesses with over 800 employees and $350 million in revenue. The private equity and venture capital activities involve personal and partnership investments in over a dozen different small and mid-sized businesses, including sourcing and evaluating deals as a partner of Sonostar Ventures and Moore Holdings. Advisory work includes a senior advisor role to brand incubator 100 Mile Group and its founder, Jesse Itzler; board member of Spanx, Inc., Relationship Science, CommunityCo (a member organization for successful entrepreneurs and senior executives) and Alternative Investment Management, LLC (AIM), an independent, privately-held $1 billion investment management firm, registered with the SEC. As a private equity/venture capital investor, Mr. Moore has investments in over 20 different businesses, including Hubble Contact Lenses (online direct marketer of subscription contact lenses), Aqua Finance, Inc. (consumer finance business), Quip (online direct marketer of dental care products) and Grab (the leading on-demand car service in Southeast Asia), among others. Mr. Moore is also a minority partner in the Atlanta Hawks Basketball Club in the NBA.
