A graduate of Yeshivat Shaalvim and YU, he earned a BA in Economics and a Masters in Jewish Education and Administration from Azrieli. A Musmach of RIETS, Rabbi Rosner was a member of the Beren Kollel Elyon and a Kupietzky Kodshim Fellow. The Rosners’ Aliyah made headlines and shook the Jewish world. Kehillat Nofei HaShemesh in Bet Shemesh has been built around his Rabbinic leadership.
