Saving Lives in Harish

The city of Harish is Israel's newest city. It is an up-and-coming residential mega-project and it is far from other major metropolitan areas and any hospitals. The first responders who live in this fledgling city have an enormous responsibility to stabilize patients until a distant ambulance can arrive and transport patients to the nearest hospital, sometimes 30-40 minutes away. Chapter Head Lahav Sliman talks about the mission and unity of his fellow volunteers in the city.
