Kiryas Joel Hatzalah, Chester Fire Department, Monroe EMS, Chester Police, and State Police responded to a car accident on Lakes Road, where a vehicle crashed into a pole, bringing down wires across the road. O&R was also on the scene to repair the damaged lines.
