Colel Chabad presents Nafshi Live, a new series highlighting the niggunim sung at the annual Nafshi events. The second release, Tzamah Lecha Nafshi, is performed by Alex Clare and Eli Marcus. This niggun expresses the soul’s deep longing to connect with Hashem. Its release is timed with Yud Beis Tammuz, the day marking the Frierdiker Rebbe’s release Prison, adding further significance to this powerful melody. Nafshi is the premier Yud Tes Kislev event, arranged annually by Colel Chabad in honor of its founder, the Alter Rebbe—the Baal HaTanya. Yud Tes Kislev marks the day of his release from prison, known as the Rosh Hashanah of Chassidus. As the institution he established, Colel Chabad continues to lead in its mission, providing food, medical, and social assistance to those in need while also honoring the Alter Rebbe through the spread of Chassidus. Founded in 1788, Colel Chabad is the oldest continuous tzedakah organization in Israel, providing daily meals, food security programs, orphan support, medical aid, and crisis relief to thousands across the country.
