A 10-month-old child in Tel Aviv was rescued from a life-threatening allergic reaction on Thursday afternoon. Chanoch, a United Hatzalah volunteer EMT who was leaving work, quickly responded to the emergency call on his Ambucycle, cutting through the Tel Aviv rush hour traffic, and arrived at the scene within 90 seconds. The EMT quickly administered an EpiPen and provided oxygen, stabilizing the child's condition. The infant was subsequently transported to a hospital for further treatment and observation. ◆◆◆◆◆◆◆ United Hatzalah is Israel's largest volunteer emergency medical service that provides free, volunteer-based emergency response throughout Israel.
