Sealed with Blessings - Excerpt

The eve of Yom Kippur in the Rebbe's court, through the lens of Israeli Photographer, Levi Yitzchak Freidin. Watch the full video at https://go.jem.tv/YomKippurEve In 1975 (5736), Israeli Photographer Levi Yitzchak Freidin spent the month of Tishrei with the Rebbe for the first time. Though he had initially referred to 770 as “a madhouse,” Freidin so loved his experience that he returned every Tishrei for nearly twenty years thereafter. In later years, Freidin also recorded moving film of his Tishrei experiences, which he edited, narrated, and screened at yeshivos around Israel. It is thanks to him that we are able to relive Tishrei with the Rebbe in such an all-encompassing way. To this day, his photo and video collections continue to inspire. Here, we present but a small section of his footage from the eve on Yom Kippur in 1980 (5741).
