Rabbi Yaron Reuven teaches about illogical laws decreed by God. God forbids bribery not because it's inherently wrong but because it's beyond human understanding. True scholars understand the difference between logical and illogical laws hence can be trusted to make ethical decisions. However, there are those who question the scholars' motives, accusing them of bias which is a violation of questioning God's decisions. Rabbi Reuven warns against listening to heretics who spread lies about God. The midrash predicts that these heretics will return in the future, claiming that God's actions were for his benefit and not for the sake of the people.
