Mission to Morocco: Zahara and Mohammad's Story
Zahara, a woman in her 60s and her husband, Muhammad, live in a small village, sustained only on the milk given by the cow in the yard, the eggs from the chickens, cheese from the goat's milk and a few vegetables that manage to grow there, mainly potatoes. "There was a big noise. We ran outside and part of the house had collapsed. We don't have concrete or strength to build a new one. The neighbor is now helping to build a bamboo structure that will at least give us shelter.” It was difficult for United Hatzalah volunteer, Yechiel Gurfein, to hear the tragic story of people who had so little to begin with now left with nothing. Yechiel and the team helped them build the structure so that at least tonight they can sleep under shelter in the cold of the Atlas Mountains. Donate now: https://israelrescue.org/morocco-mission/
