After years of attacks from Lebanon, in 1981, the IDF invaded Lebanon to root out the terrorists there. Before long, however, Israel was on the defensive, attempting desperately to explain itself and to placate world opinion. Despite the fact that the terrorists were literally in Israel's gunsights, it didn't take long for the world pressure to "force" Israel to let the terrorists go free. Time and again, in real-time, the Rebbe tried to sound the alarm as to where these actions would lead.
