113: Off to a Great Start (2nd Anniversary!)

Rabbi Orlofsky's Updated Onion Soup It's Easy, Stupid!™  • Slice 3 large onions into rings. Fry in oil until they darken to adeep • Sprinkle a little flour unto the onions. Mix until it forms a thick place • Add kosher salt, pepper, curry • Add 2 liters (8 cups) water, bring to simmer • Add 3-4 diced red onions • Add another 2 liters water, bring to a boil • Swirl in some dry white wine  • Check and clean 1 leek. Slice into sounds and add to soup. • Add another 2 liters water.
