One of the biggest challenges we face at Amudim is funding. To provide real, quality care, we need enough staff. This is not about numbers, it is about service. Every case manager comes with costs including salary, benefits, and software licenses. The more people reach out, the more staff we need. My goal is that anyone who calls for help gets someone on the other end immediately. Good case management is the key and that starts with having the resources to support our team.
