Hrh"k Rimnitzer Rebbe Zt"l at Wedding 1974

Rimnitzer Rebbe Zt"l Hrh"k Reb Chaim Zanvl Abramowitz, at a Wedding of Family Hershkowitz in 1974 in NY, it was one of the first Weddings the Rebbe was Mesader Kedushen when he Arrived in America, the Family was Close with him in Russia, he was considered a great Hasidic Tzadik and a Spiritual Leader made lot of Miracles, Lived in Rybnitsa (now in Transnistria, Moldova). The Rebbe Zt"l was a Devoted Talmid of Hrh"k Shtefanesht Zt"l. He lived in Russia under Stalin's rule, yet lived a fully Jewish religious life. He was very Famous for his Avodas Hakodesh with his Mesiras Nefesh and being a Mohel and Shochet. He fasted evry single day, and Toivelt himself many times daily in Mikva that was sometimes only accessible by chopping away very thick ice water in the River. His Tikkun Chatzos in sackcloth and ashes regularly lasted 7-10 hours, sometimes stretching as long as 12 Hours. He cried so much during Tikkun Chatzos that when he was done, the tears and ashes mingled so that he was sitting in mud. The Russian gentiles & the Germans feared and revered him. The KGB brought their wives and children for blessings and experienced miracles. He left Russia to E. Israel in 1973 and moved to Kiryas Mattersdorf in Jerusalem, where he lived for a year and moved to the United States in 1974. He lived in Boro Park, Los Angeles, Seagate, Brooklyn, and finally settled in Monsey, New York. Rebbe was Nifter on Isre Chag Sukkos 1996 in Monsey New York. He is Buried in Viznitz Bies HaChaim.
